Personal Training
People of any age and experience level can see better results and live a healthy lifestyle. Personal training will fit your individual needs and goals, and can accommodate an injury or other obstacle that might otherwise prevent you from exercising. The accountability offered through PT makes it highly successful.
Sessions are 45mins and include warm up, mobility and stretching.
Small Group Classes
Group Fitness is suited to those who already have a basic level of fitness and strength to participate in group sessions. All exercises are modified if needed.
Group classes are fun with an atmosphere of comraderie and our clients love catching up each session.

Online Coaching
There are a number of online coaching courses offered by Victory Fitness Coaching.
The difference here is you will be added to our VIP Facebook Group for continued support, and each course offers a level of accountability through coaching calls, online support etc to suit you.
We find the clients with the biggest wins, are those that choose the highest accountability.
